      Pros

      It was one of the best decisions in my life to join Pigment. It’s difficult for me to find companies who got a better culture, product, technology, and business environment than Pigment.

      The company is growing so fast. Sometimes we feel the growth pains like we need to update processes almost every month to adapt to the business situation.

      The people and the product. Such a solid group of people who are kind, collaborative and incredibly smart and driven. There’s a real sense of team work, collaboration and belief that Pigment will be the market leader. The product is super powerful and will only get better and better with time. It truly is business critical.

      Things move fast and you have to be ready for the pace.
