Great people, relaxed atmosphere, and ability to work on all kinds of projects. All employees are essential to the function of the business
Cons
Low pay and some what insecure future. However you really have a hand in how the business will turn out. It some times seems as though the really fun engineering projects are not shared with the hole team.
