Pros
A lot of different smaller projects that you can work on and learn a lot.
Cons
There is absolute no regard to work/life balance. Management is intent on getting everything done all at once, the scheduling is terrible, the pay for the position is also terrible compared to different companies in the same area. The company can't seem to land on a structure it likes, so in my time the company had 2-3 internal restructurings of how things are done and none of them seemed to work. Overall would not recommend
