      Pros

      Most of the staff and teachers are good people.

      Cons

      The administration needs desperate turnover. They lack the skills necessary to navigate the turbulent waters of the industry that is independent schools in LA.

      I can not think of any pros. Unless you really need a job.

      Cons

      Leadership has very little understanding of how to run a school. Things are done at the last minute constantly. Very little decisions make sense and leadership seems committed to misunderstanding faculty requests or complaints.
