      Pros

      - incredibly smart people to learn from - management very transparent, doesn't seem like the exec team hides much from employees - using the most up to date APIS and tools which is nice to learn - really good relationships with the valley and high quality investors which helps Pillow craft vision for a successful future - Fun team obsessed with trivia - spend time outside of work frequently but not guilted into it

      - exec team has high expectations for employees, have had to spend 12 hour days in the office
