      Pros

      This company is trying to transform their communities and does their best to reach get underprivileged students involved. The CEO really does care for the students in the program and the cities they work with. I learned a lot working with their team, they really give a lot of freedom.

      Cons

      Still a rather small company, as it is still in the pre-seed phase. If you work hard, you can expect a lot of growth.

      - Mission of working with students is inspirational - Network associations with major local companies can help with getting yourself known - Flexibility in schedule

      Cons

      - Little to no pay/misclassification of employees - Zero benefits - Not financially backed, not a positive financial future - Limited direction on projects, "I believe you can work it out on your own" - Buggy applications - Toxic leadership
