Fond of the place but an average / neutral experience. So room for improvement.
Pros
I have fond memories of the place as the colleagues and projects were great and so was the office. Additionally, leadership in recent years has improved noticeably and I hope it will continue on this younger track of leadership that is more in touch with the industry. It is certainly a place I would recommend but perhaps more to individuals who are junior in their career as you tend to have more opportunities and exposure to great projects as well as growth.
Cons
I have mixed feelings as my early experience was belittling & frustrating as the agency had gone through rough times especially with absent or questionable leadership and stupid salary negotiations. General salaries are low (about 15% below average) for the region but this is offset by a more relaxed 9 to 6 work life balance. As mentioned less advancement for more mature individuals or management. Based on my experience and my options I would rate the company overall at 3.4 so just over average.
