Clients and colleagues are generally supportive and rewarding to work with. Exposure to culturally diverse populations strengthens clinical experience.

      Management can be overly controlling and sometimes unprofessional. High pressure to meet productivity expectations Workplace environment can be stressful, including inappropriate language and difficult interpersonal dynamics.
