Pros

Great Co-Workers. No weekends for Branch staff. In-house debit card issuing. Great support from back office. Small holiday bonus every year. Employee credit card issued.

Cons

No bonuses for exceeding loan goals. Loan credit issued to employee who initially submits, which is great however if you submit a loan and leave it alone, someone else will complete the rest of the app and close on it, original person gets credit rather than the one who actually completed the work on it. Pay is lower than average for work required. Not a lot of room for in house promotions, most jobs are filled by outside applicants.

Pros

You actually feel you're making a change in the community, they're flexible with schooling, and very supportive of volunteer work. Lots of promotion from within.

Cons

Lots of recent changes. Incentive bonus program has been gutted. Auto loan program has been heavily limited. Stronger push for sales than in the past.

Pros

HR pays attention to competitive pay and will raise rates to remain competitive. Benefits are pretty nice as well.

Cons

They demand perfection, no matter what. Management does play favorites. Many advancements require a degree.
