This includes weekly check-ins with managers and active leadership involvement to ensure that new hires are supported and empowered from day one. We remain proud of our commitment to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a collaborative environment. Our overall turnover rate is under 10% and within the department mentioned, there’s been only one departure 18 months ago, for personal reasons.
