Pros

Some great staff with hard workers

Cons

Management will treat you badly, lie and truly think they are the best thing that has happened to your career. Hard work is expected but not rewarded. Small rewards occasionally happen but are given in the form of coffee, bagels, etc. The monetary bonuses are small, given inconsistently and more based off of how much the owners like you and not your work ethic or accomplishments. Most of the employees are unhappy but stay for various reasons. The last few years reflect the culture of the company as turn over has been consistant as new employees quickly see the downfalls within the daily operations with employee blaming, inappreciation for hard work, demeaning comments, secrecy, etc. Employees with the same position are paid very differently from each other. Many employees who have worked for the company 15+ years are paid less than new employees who might better understand the job market than the long time employees. This truly was the worst company I have worked for and hope others do not make the same mistake in falling for their sales pitch on how they support each other, value family and hard work.

Pros

Glendale/Burbank is a pretty safe neighborhood. Get to work with some famous companies as clients.

Cons

Low pay. Expensive healthcare benefits package. Lots of pressure. Deadlines are literally only a couple hours most of the time. Expect nothing to ever be good enough. Expect to be reprimanded for attempting to make friends. Lots of racial prejudice. "Christmas party" often consists of a bagel in the warehouse. Most employees are burned out and unfriendly. CEO is a sadistic fascist. There is no opportunity for advancement. It is a dead end job. You will be asked to do overtime but then when you do it, you will be screamed at because it is too expensive for them to give overtime.

Pros

The pins are cool, and some of the staff members are cool too. Occasionally there are bagels, so everyone can eat their feelings.

Cons

Extremely low pay, terrible morale, and a management team that has been blinded by greed. If you take a job with Pin USA, you will work in a windowless room and get treated like crap by the owners and management. Mario and Shelly are incredibly manipulative and they do not value employees. They also regularly violate labor laws, refusing to compensate hourly employees for travel time and work over 40 hours. Mario has also been known to make idle threats to try to keep employees from exercising their rights. Mario acts like he's God's gift to the business world, but he's really just a fraud and a liar. This company has extremely high turn over, so if you decide to take a chance on a job here, don't expect to be around for long. Employees are expected to meet unreasonable deadlines, but you're not authorized to work any overtime! Overtime is forbidden. Many employees desperately search for better jobs and a few have quit on the spot. I really don't know who Mario paid to post that laughable 5 star review, but it is totally false. Read all the other reviews - they are from real employees. The company may look amazing at first glance, but it's only a matter of time before the truth starts to surface. Save your time an sanity and get a job anywhere else.
