Pros
Money to be made from December to May. Easy job if minimum effort is put forth. Not much else than that.
Cons
Out of season averages to about minimum wage pay. Terrible management from the top down. Do not care about employees at all. You are just another worker than can be replaced according to management. Favoritism in scheduling. Consistently critiqued for poor work but good work is never acknowledged. Turnover rate is outrageously high. Management is promoted from within; no need for managerial experience or schooling.
