      Pros

      Flexible working space and hours. 100% remote first (though if you live in ATL, you can go into the office) if you choose. Great team dynamic.

      Cons

      Like any small company/startup, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited, but even then, you can still get promoted and raises are pretty consistent.

      amazing service and tech. the deepfake threat is real and Pindrop is on the cutting edge with their tech and people. Trust and truth are under attack and Pindrop is working to make the world a better place

      Like any late stage start up, it's about getting to the finish line.
