Pros
-Faith Based!
-Opportunity for growth and very generous salaries (I have seen this many times in my tenure)
-You genuinely feel cared about by all employees.
-Proactive leadership team- always working behind the scenes to find the best outcomes for all known situations and potential projections. The executive leadership team has an open door. I can go to any of them, at any time, and ask questions, share my gripes, and get feedback immediately.
-The CEO/Owner is an amazing man and cares deeply for every person he employs. I have seen him give grace to so many employees or provide for people that were in need. He is a very caring and genuine person.
In response to the negative reviews.
-All employees are W-2 now, including Regional Sales Reps.
-Sales Reps don't have to meet thresholds to get paid, they have a 100k base salary and commission, plus a car, and paid lodging.
-They do care about their employees! Write ups & terminations have occurred that didn't sit well with the person being disciplined, but they were all very thought out and they usually were months in the making, but because we want to give people the benefit of the doubt and an opportunity to improve, we generally prolong all disciplinary actions.
Cons
Communication has been an issue, but I have seen them try to improve on this many times during my 3 yrs here. Recently I have seen a drastic improvement on this. Training that is previously mentioned, has also been improved on. It did used to be non-existent in administrative roles, but there has been a lot of progress in this
