Employees of Pinecone are some of the best technically ever worked with. Lots of smart people - and warm and welcoming and surprisingly diverse.
Cons
Really cool software that could have led the market, but so many fumbles because accolades are easier to receive than feedback on direction and customer needs. Salary was below market even with equity - but that didnt help with RIF. 30% laid off beginning of Sept 24
