Pros
Employees are all very casual and easy-going with other employees, it doesn't take much to get along with other workers. This job will give you real-world, up close experience with vulnerable populations.
Cons
The whole concept of this facility is wrong. The kids are not getting the help that they need in order to be sent out back into the world. Their behavioral problems and ticks are solved with medications and physical force. I did not enjoy seeing how things were handled there. Also, it may appear to be a nice facility on the outside or in pictures on the internet, but it is a wonder it passes inspections. It is nasty.
