      The solutions architect leadership team is some of the sharpest tech-wise leadership of anywhere in the industry

      Pros

      Promote and really trying to be inclusive - especially in the rank and file. Solid, well respected products that do work and solve customer problems. Plus is also that they respect sales engineers and don't allow sales people to run them ragged.

      Still had typical management sterio type, so your milage may vary.
