Pros

When interviewing, I was skeptical that all of the info on the careers page was accurate. Most companies do a kind of bait and switch thing, and I wasn't sure Pingboard would be able do deliver all of them. I'm so deeply grateful that I chose Pingboard. From the first day I felt welcomed into an environment that was not only supportive, but challenging. The people at Pingboard are not only incredibly brilliant, they're equally as kind. Benefits are pretty great, too.

Cons

It's a startup. Startups fail. But it's definitely worth the risk.

The executive team has done an incredible job creating a healthy environment for individuals to strive for success. They provide a healthy work lifestyle balance which is imperative for mental stability. I love my experience and I will for the years to come.

Cons

If you're allergic to good energy and breakfast tacos, this is not the right job for you.

Cons

This is a startup so some people might be weary of the need to succeed. Personally, that type of pressure inspires me to work with purpose.
