the peps is 10/10, so supportive, helpfull and friendly, i must say the most healthies environment i ever been (i've been in 9 companies). WFO & WFH, flexible. people there is smart, efficient and working fast.

Cons

the upper management decision is very often questionable, doesn't understand the situation but jump to the decision. poor poor decision maker.
