      Work outside, nice guests and will provide meal (If you pay)

      Cons

      Wont fire you, just take you off schedule. Will work you 50 -60 hours a week for low pay. Won't staff fully so you can never take sick day. Will throw you under the bus for guest satisfaction. Won't hire other people unless you literally force them . . Let's lazy employees be lazy, but good workers can never even take a break.
