Pros
Having worked here for over six months, I’ve found the opportunities for growth outstanding. I’ve learned more in this time than many roles offer in years.
It’s a great fit if you enjoy a fast-paced environment that keeps you engaged and allows you to use a broad skillset. The team is friendly, social, and supportive, with a positive and constructive approach to feedback. There’s also flexibility with hybrid working.
I’ve been encouraged to explore my interests and shape my role in a way that works for me. While workload was previously seen as challenging, it’s clear the business has taken steps to address this by hiring more people and putting better processes in place.
As a young mum, I’ve been really impressed by the level of understanding and flexibility, while still being supported to stay ambitious and continue growing.
Cons
I’d add that this isn’t the place if you’re looking to coast or do the bare minimum. It’s fast-paced and can be high pressure at times, but in return you get the chance to work on some really exciting projects and with really great people. The pay also isn’t the most competitive.
