Pros

Flexible hours, no real manager breathing down your neck, move up the ranks quickly because they can't keep people

Cons

They don't listen, they hire drug dealers and criminals, male run and dominated, don't protect their employees from sexual harassment from other employees, you inform them there was a mistake in your paycheck and they threaten to fire you, work you like a dog and verbal abuse, no breaks, work 11hr days and get called useless everyday. No drug tests EVER.

Pros

I love being a part of the Pinnacle Team. I started as a part time porter and have been promoted into a location Manager. The best part of my job is seeing the smiling faces of happy customers who really appreciate and notice the service we provide. Thanks to the extensive training we are provided by Corporate we are taught to anticipate the needs of our customers and how to effectively respond to any situation that may come up. I feel that Management really takes an interest in the employees, which makes me feel supported by the Company.

Cons

I honestly have a hard time thinking of any cons about working with Pinnacle. The Corporate office staff is friendly and very helpful, our regional managers are involved in our operations and the clients we work with couldn't be nicer or welcoming. Everyone really makes us feel like part of the family. This is a great place to work and I would highly recommend this company to anyone who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with people.

Pros

Working for one of their dealerships can be a fun experience with the right staff. The company is also growing really fast.

Cons

Anytime you have an issue with a client, they never have your back. They lure you in with false promises of fast advancement. The pay is way too low for the amount of stress the company and the client puts you through. If you go to them with complaints of sexism on the site they find a reason to fire you. You get no praise for the extra hours you put in during the week (or on your day off) but the second you have an issue or get sick, they come down on you like you aren't doing your job. They want you to put your particular dealership first but if you miss a "mandatory" labor call because you are swamped or short staffed then they threaten to write you up or chew you out. They throw a dealership team together in a matter of days and do not allow for the proper time needed for training and then they abandon you and expect you to clean up the mess. They just flat out do not care about their own (unless you are in corporate).
