Pros

Smaller sized company wireless telecom consulting company. As such, the environment allows for immediate decisions and subsequent action. The company takes an organic approach to expansion of services. Meaning they do not take on work at price points just to have "work". They have a dedicated client base derived from performance. From this viewpoint they have added team members which allow for a fuller scope of work i.e. staffing more than one professional engineer.

Cons

As a smaller consulting company there is little interest in diversification outside of traditional telecom work.

Pros

I can' t think of any pros. They are the least attractive group out here in Dallas.

Cons

Worse consulting group. i have worked with. They will release the salary every two weeks on Friday at 12:00 AM Saturday. They will forget to release your salary. Deduct additional benefits from your paycheck. Run away from them. Don't work for them.

Pros

Consistent salary as usual (No hikes).

Cons

This organization suffers from a severe lack of empathy and professional management. Employees are kept on temporary status for well over a year despite delivering exceptional performance. The GIS department is heavily overworked and taken for granted to maximize company benefits at the cost of employee well-being. The HR policies are deeply flawed. Different leave options are listed on the timesheet, yet they are treated identically, and salaries are unjustly deducted even when legitimate medical certificates are provided. Compensation is stagnant, and annual bonuses are inexplicably reducing year over year. Management is entirely closed to feedback and operates with a highly top-down, dismissive mindset. This toxic culture has already driven out major team leads, and high turnover will continue until leadership learns to value its workforce. Here the floorkeeper has the same respect as the DIrector.
