Expected to work over 40 hours considering the drive between patients, lab drop off, expected to do "drive bys" taking even more time. Minimum of 2-3 hrs of drive time plus expected to see seven patients of 30 min minimum visit which equals to about a 10 hour day. Jacksonville location has no manager, no one introduces themselves, I had to reach out to get some direction. CMs were rude, unhelpful, and placed blame for mistakes on the wrong clinicians before taking the time to research notes in patients charts. 10-14 patients on my schedule at a time, then was reprimanded when I was not able to answer the phone within in 30 min lol. No meetings, no communication. RNs are lazy and do not put in wound orders, they do not order supplies at SOC. I cannot stress enough about the lack of communication. I still to this day do not know who is in charge and/or what anyone's names or roles are.
