Management is an issue. Hands down the most unorganized and disrespectful CEO I’ve ever worked for. Also, if you google the CEO, some very interesting past discretions come up. I’m not sure how this man was ever allowed to run this place into the ground. There’s a reason why he can’t keep a staff.
CEO is verbally abusive and out of line. HR is not helpful as she is also the assistant to the CEO. There are a lot of shady things that go on when the doors are closed.
Run away from this place. I was told that close to 80 people have either left or have been fired in the last 2 years. I can see why. So many people start and leave without notice. I've never seen such a mismanaged place. CEO is nuts. Overcharges for every service from surgery to the basic of procedures. People are doing jobs they are not qualified or trained for because the CEO didn't want to pay for the right personnel to do it. Too cheap. They treat their employees horribly.
