Great company to work for

Pros

Great culture. Great team. Management team is great to work with. They practice transparency and are always helpful. They are always working on ways to improve. They are always willing to accommodate your schedule if something comes up or changes. Great benefits, 3 week paid vacation and 5 personal days. I have been working her 5 years and I love it. Pinnacle is my second family.

Cons

This type of job is stressful. It is the nature of the business.
