      Pros

      Can work from home, flexible, work closely with patients and family.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, chaotic, lack of consideration from upper management, have to use your own vehicle with no gas card and very little reimbursed back. Too much wear and tear on own vehicle. Some patient homes were in bad areas and you have to see them alone.

      You can set your own hours! Schedulers will work with you for any time off!

      Cons

      It is a 1099 contract position, so no taxes taken out, no medical benefits, and no vacation/sick pay.
