There is no leadership base. There are people in the company that the staff would follow but upper management doesn't allow them too. The pay is horrible and the benefits are not existent. Because of the lack of structure and leadership, many clients and vendors of the company talk bad about the company. Resources are scarce so be prepared to spend a lot of time trying to make your position work on your own.
