Pros
Physicians are great to work with they are easy going and approachable. Employees are well-mannered and everyone looks out for each other. Work here if you are nearing retirement and are looking for a place to settle down and collect a paycheck for a few years. Or if you are not the primary income in your household.
Cons
Management is sub-par, most employees with permissions to make decisions were "grandfathered" in. They lack employees with practical experience and knowledge to take the practice to the next level. PTO- below market standard, benefits- below market standard, incentives- nonexistent. Truthfully no progressive workplace culture, very complacent atmosphere, no opportunity to make a lateral or upward move. Lacking key personnel with vision to adjust to ever changing medical landscape.
