Make sure you’re “in the in crowd”. What I mean by that is, not very welcoming of a woman in leadership.

Flexibility, knowledge learned, most of the people and the relationships Of a few that I actually thought we were friends.

Cons

The best one I have to say is that I was passed over for promotion given to my completely equal peer without any reasoning or warning.
