Clients don't always need temps so a more permanent scheduling is very difficult to obtain. Small amount of favoritism goes into the staff's decision on who to pick when there are multiple workers competing. You never know if you're working that day until you call in in the morning-this is where the favoritism creeps in as you may have confirmed your shift the day before and then get bumped 2 hours before your shift starts. And, outside of moving to a client that pays Pinnacle more (thus, hopefully, you) you will never get a raise. Ever.
