Pros
They gave me responsibility of all elevator in Beira city when I was 20 years old, to talk with the customers, to fix the lifts, I was only sending the report to Maputo (headquarter in Mozambique). It was amazing seeing a company relying on a small boy. And I had time to continue with studies at university (electrical engineering), and also to do electrical projects for others people and to sign it, for I recognized by the Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy as a Responsible technician.
Cons
The salary was not that good, because I am a young, I wanted to take advantage of my youth when my strengths allows me to build my life, to have my own house, to help my mother, brothers and my neighbours for their education, etc. I was renting a house, baying food etc, it was difficult for me with this amount in Beira city. I got a scholarship to Venezuela, I talked to them they said they would bay a car, open a office for me, they would increase MZN500, and with time it would increase, and they planing many things for me. I divided to leave job, because even with my salary it was difficult to pay schoolfees, it woul be difficult for me to study, to have a house, help others, that's why I left, I'm in Venezuela. They loved me, and appreciate for what they have done for me, I will always be grateful, for the confidence when I was a young boy, etc.
