Pros
Close to home and is based off of a small business. Great people to work for in the shop.
Cons
Office personal are not the best and tend to want to run things with little to no input from employees. Pay could be better and the Union does not mean a thing unless your a fitter. No advancement unless you go through the apprenticeship then you do not have any reason to stay after you complete your training.
