Pros
Working at Pipaya allows right-out-of-college graduates to immediately situate themselves in transaction advisory without any prior experience working in audit, CPA certifications, IB experience, etc. Because it is a small company, management relies heavily on its young personnel to provide value and convey analysis directly to clients (i.e. CFO's, MD's at investment banks, GP's at neighboring private equity firms, etc.). I feel mobile in my career path working here. I feel equipped to move up the ladder internally. I feel like my opinions and suggestions are heard by management.
Cons
Pipaya's work from home environment is great but it definitely requires people to keep in touch with each other. The camaraderie is great during the summer when everyone is in the office during the interns' summer, but fades away somewhat as everyone returns to WFH.
