Once the company knows you, you can easily get work from them..

Cons

These people don't know how to honor what was verbally agreed on. Anyone getting work from this company should have everything in writings both can follow what has been agreed.

Independent Contractors sign a contract, as they are contractors. Our Master Services Agreement outlines exactly what is to provided and the terms and conditions around the engagement. Which leads us to believe you were never contracted by Pipeline. We have noticed that you post the same type of negative post, every month, on the same day (The 8th) and are disregarding this another false, anonymous post by you; but are noting that you are attempting to damage our business through your routine, false posts, and have reported you to both Glassdoor and our Legal department who are investigating.

Dealing with the management is the problem

I enjoyed the job itself bit it's dealing with the management is the problem.

Cons

The company doesn't keep their word on what was originally agreed upon. They will try to maneuver you and distract you with so many issues with your work so they don't pay you what you are asking for.

Imagine that. Another fake post exactly 30 days after the last fake post, on the same illegitimate topic. All contractors are paid in accordance with their contracts. That's how it works. We have no idea how "management" can "distract you" with issues with your work so they can change the terms of your contract. If there were issues with your work you were contracted to provide, that's probably the bigger issue.

The work schedule is flexible. Most co-workers are helpful too.

Cons

The work atmosphere here is awful because of management's leadership style. The managers are micromanagers who will watch every move. What makes this worse is that they are very traditional, so they aren't welcoming towards new and creative ideas.

Another fake post. The only employees at Pipeline are the founders, and they are not taking to Glassdoor to make the same repetitive negative posts within the same time period, with the same 1-star rating. This is deliberate and we are looking into the matter. Other than the company's founders, Pipeline's workforce is comprised of independent contractors, who work...well...independently, and are expected to do so with little to no oversight.
