No system company - Good to know but hard to stay long

Company structure & policies always changing and changing. Management level is too young to run the company without long term prospective and with too much subjective opinions. No system and always work too fast. Each heads of dept always shifting the tasks to the lower level and escape from their responsibilities. If you get the attention of the high management, you can get any thing you need, increase salaries, ops package changed to be office package, extra head counts for your team. One of the head of dept usually being rude to the lower level because she is the head. Changing the contract, working hours, and even the nature without the approval of staffs.
