Pros

Work life balance. Open communication and no bureaucracy. People are working hard as they are truly passionate about the work they do. Colleagues are highly educated, experienced, smart and friendly. They will freely share their knowledge, know-how and will help you to improve your work. Everyone helps each other and truly cares about the company's success. You define your growth and progression. Management definitely sees your contribution and will let you know they do. If you dont hear anything from them, then probably you are not contributing enough.

Cons

3D industry is pretty tight at the moment with a lot of players in the market. The company needs to revamp R&D to make it more cohesive and effective. Hopefully this will enable a much better product development. Better market and consumer research to get ahead of competition.

Struggling company in a fad industry.

Pros

Decent work / life balance, fun-loving people. I really wish I could say more, but all pros end here. Cons outweigh pros 100:1.

Cons

Struggling company in a fad industry. People are smart (at least before Pirate3D laid them off), but management team has zero management skills. They are inefficient and slow. No professional development, no growth, and no employee recognition. Management doesn't care about employees and about customers. In a professional sense, this company is a dead end.
