Pay, location. Can’t think of anything else.

Cons

Miserable working environment physically and otherwise. Way too much overtime. Building is cold in the winter and hell in the summer. No ac with hot lights. Horrible management. Horrible company owner. A bad person.

Cons

Greedy, cocky, skeezy, company owner. Objectifies women, his self worth is based upon his wealth, intimidating, holds grudges, avoids meeting with people for months and months if they want to talk about a yearly review. Makes broken promises constantly. Creates a toxic work environment where all the employees suck up to him, even though he is an awful person, because he is in charge of deciding their salaries. Building itself has a ton of ceiling leaks and black mold.

There is NO management or HR in place. Employees are sworn and yelled at, nothing is in place for this studio to succeed. You will work overtime and still be told you’re not doing enough. Just awful.
