Pros

1. The team is wonderful. There is a strong natural selection into the company in a way that very friendly people work here. 2. It is obligatory to work from office now. Remote basis when you do not see your colleagues for years - is not about the company

Cons

1. The tasks are stupid, especially in Supplier screening. Supplier screening is basically a B2B call center. As a project, you have 100 companies - task is to check whether they meet some general criterion as suppliers. And you have to call the whole day and ask the same questions. Welcome to professional deformation. 2. Due to confidentiality policy, you will never know, who is your client or how the data you were provided by the companies, will be used. Perhaps, it will be used against the companies that have provided it. I always had feeling of unsatisfaction and lacked in sense of created value. 3. I was not satisfied by the quality of the managers. For example, when providing the task, they were never able to explain exactly what is the product were are going to look for, how the industry works and, well, what the client wants. 4. I was not satisfied with the level of people working around. People (inevitably) do not come here to achieve big results and self-realize. They ask the stupid questions to the suppliers w/o wandering what they are asking about. The company was not really willing to train me as if every hour of training is not a valuable investment into me, rather, a waste of time for which they do not get anything. 5. High staff turn-over. To sum up, Supplier Screening Team is a cool place to start working in Germany for foreign students. However, I consider it a professional degradation to stay there longer than 9 months.

Pros

International working environment, Flexible Working hours,

Cons

Pisacane has a lot of disadvantages First and foremost, working hours are not guaranteed. You don't have fixed working hours unless you are a full time worker in Pisacane. So as a student you don't know each month whether you will work or not. they also have a thing called ''early feierabend'' meaning that after you done with your projects you can leave the office.

Pros

friendly owner and international atmosphere

Cons

No need degree for googling skill or stalking someone’s linkedin. Some colleagues like bad-mouthing others. Many people come and go every week. Bad HR system, they mostly hired student or offer someone to be freelancer (although some actually apply for full-time or intern at first). They don’t get fixed schedule. bcs Pisacane will call on the same day if they need additional support from those people. So, many people are leaving because they don’t even get a call or job in a month. Sometimes, they ask people to come for back-up only. So, in case there is no unexpected project coming, they will ask them to leave right away.
