      Pros

      6% 401k Match. 4 weeks of vacation.

      Cons

      Work for Pitcairn Trust Company if you enjoy unrealistic expectations, passive aggressive management, and being stuffed into a Pitcairn sized box. There is no room for any thinking, other than Pitcairn thinking. If you don't think the way they do after being hired they have no problems letting you go. Lies and border-line slander are the action du jour. A tiny company that will stay tiny with the way they treat people.

      Pitcairn is a great company with a high standard of ethics and morals

      Pros

      The people are Pitcairn are fantistic, from employees to management. Upper management really cares about the employees and offers fantastic benefits.

      Cons

      This is not really a con, but it is a very unique type of company, so it might be hard to bring your experience to other industries. This is however positive if that is the industry you intend to stay in.
