      Not much. Get a paycheck

      Inconsistent leave policy. If you are in the admissions and records area they have their own internal leave policy. You are even questioned when you call out sick or have a dental or dr appt.

      Faculty are great, administration is independent and not focused on the true objective of education.

      Pros

      Easy commute, great colleagues. My department (science) is collaborative and easy-going. Good support from Dept chair and division dean. Flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Poor administrative decision making. Many decisions are made without instructor input, often this means changes in policy that are not in the best interest of the student.

      Pros

      Got a paycheck every month, There were a few people there who care about the work they do... very few of them in management unfortunately.

      Cons

      Frustrated and under appreciated work environment, too many politics instead of focused goals.
