      Pros

      Pitted Labs is a great place to work for driven individuals who want to make an impact. Management truly trusts their employees and fosters a collaborative environment where all opinions and suggestions are valued. Pitted Labs offers employees plenty of opportunity for both personal and professional growth and I can't recommend it enough.

      Breath of Fresh Air

      Pros

      After working at some intense and poorly-managed startups, this one is a breath of fresh air. The leadership team is generous, kind, open, and responsive. They don't micromanage and they always keep things positive and constructive. The in-office culture is stellar and the workplace dynamic between different employees makes me enjoy coming to work every day.

      Cons

      Still small, so I'm sure we'll go through lots of changes. Overall, that can be a positive thing as well, though.
