Incompetent leadership has steered the school into debt. Check out Financial Responsibility Composite scores to see for yourself. The work environment can only be described as toxic and unhealthy. Enrollment is at an all time low but leader of that area continues to get promoted. Firing of employees seems indiscriminate. Many more have left on their own. Those who leave are not replaced and their work is dumped on those left behind. There's a hiring freeze but somehow the favorites are still getting positions filled. Policies are outdated by several years. Leadership is cutting benefits left and right and expecting employees to thank them. The best thing that could happen to PTC is to get in a union. The abuse would surely stop and employees would have some protections. Finally, the president does not know what she is doing but is quick to blame others. She requires employees to nominate her for lots of awards which she displays throughout her expensively renovated office. Low enrollment, college in debt, and employee morale at an all-time low equals poor leadership.
