Needs an HR revamp

Pros

The employees, the employees, the employees! Pre-covid: great team environment, travels and quarterly 5a7

Cons

Micro-management from the CEO. PixMob has pivoted to a contact tracing solution fairly successfully, but it is now time to re-evaluate the corporate structure. HR is essential and must be taken seriously for this company to continue on. Employees go above and beyond, to little to no recognition or acknowledgment.

Pros

Not anymore unfortunately i must say

Cons

It used to be nice because of the people and projects and we had a sort of structure. But after covid, it's like there are no managerial boundaries and the atmosphere is overall very bad. -Work conditions are incredibly poor (very low wages, lots of work, sense of micromanagement or no direction at all). -The higher management generates a toxic environment more than anything else and lacks vision and leadership. -Depending on your job, it's more or less stressing i think, but overall it's hard to stay motivated. We are basically asked the impossible all the time for no decent compensation and false promises. -You will basically work your a** off for nothing, and get bullied for more work in the process.

Pros

Easy to get promoted. People are funny. Some people enjoy the chaos.

Cons

Low pay. Culture of mistrust and blame. No company strategy, plans are always changing. Leadership is undermining. Most directors have left, leaving the employees that are left to fend for themselves. Management tries to 'spin' bad news in new, creative ways.
