      Used to be great company not anymore!

      Pros

      - One of the best development environment where you work with highly talented developers. - If you are into Magento/ecommerce this is the place to work in. - Free Lunch, PTO, Health Insurance.

      Cons

      - Pixafy is no longer the actual Pixafy, they are sold and laid off half the company - Pixafy doesnt have its own office they rented out shared space from wework.com - I am not sure if they even offer free lunch. - If you demand for raise you will be replace (laid off) by junior who they will train and make money out of it so basically there is no future. - Developers are underpaid - Tight deadlines - There is no Bonuses - Overall company looks like running in test mode and can be close any time that is the reason they don't have proper office.

      - good people - poor management - was a good place to start your career in eComerce - learned a lot during my time at company

      Cons

      - no reviews or pay raise in two years - management does not care about developers - clients are leaving many failed projects - good people leaving company no replacements - under pay market for top talent

      If you're a magento developer, they were the great place to work and advance career The working environment was great They provided 2 free lunch and free snacks Pixafy also provided employee training program

      Cons

      They are no more can stand for them They are already sold and laid off more then 65% of the developers and project managers Poor management behavior lead them to current situation Currently they don't have any own space, even though they had a nice place before The main owner, they just gave up this company Whenever the laid off, they gave a very bad impact and made distance with them Can't recommend others to ruin their career and ask them to join there.
