Pros

Salaries and bonus are decent. However, expect your bonus to be scrutinised to the point you can't get payment.

Cons

Worst place I have ever worked. Worst management I have worked with. Want to be micromanaged and not allowed or trusts to do your job? Work here.

Pros

Working remotely that's it!

Cons

They’ve built a business of scaring companies into working with them. They claim to be a fraud prevention company but Pixalate is a complete fraud! Take CTV, for instance, they tout that all these false and half-truths about how their tech finds scammers in the space. This is a complete and utter LIE!

Pros

There are some very intelligent, hard-working individuals working here.

Cons

Completely disorganized workplace. The founders don't listen to anyone and are extremely scattered and disorganized. There was hardly any communication and employees rarely knew where the CEO was on most days. Time off is in no way respected. I never had a true day off while working here. There was absolutely no culture - likely because most people worked from home so you never really got to know your coworkers. The CEO always talked about having events but never followed through.
