- Fully remote/flexible schedule - Autonomy - Great salary - They care about their employees and show it through things like: summer recharge days, Christmas shut down, sabbatical (after 5 years), ect

Cons

The layoffs in 2022 were tough, but the company has been very strong since then and it's a great place to work.
