Good Projects to Work on Noticable contribution Direct communication possible with top level management.
Cons
Low work Impact: Most of the times your work will only be used by only ~1000 customers it's doesn't matter at the starting of your career but with times you'll feel it's importance. They say they're also a product based company which is not completely true, they surely have thier own products but of poor quality and low user base for years now which makes it though to have expectations which we should have from a product base company be it salary of desire to work on single project.
