- unique projects that push you to the max of your skills - professional growth on another level - uncompromising creative - visionary leadership that sets the tone for the industry - well respected company that I'm proud to be part of - flexible working hours - perfect location downtown close to everything - the team is like a family - Ryan, Curtis, Slava (I've never learned so much about design, business leadership and coding as I have in this job) - social perks (they bring new meaning to Toronto patio season)
Cons
- clients can be tough and demanding - timelines can be short - the bar only has wine and liquor, no beer unless you ask for it
