Pros
Fun industry, with lots of passionate employees. Working closely with the community to drive value is a big plus. Game develop team is pretty top notch.
Cons
Extreme micro-management is to be expected, as decisions will be based on the minimal experience of one individual. It is important to note that there are no additional benefits outside of the payment for services provided. Bonuses, stock options, non-fungible tokens, profit-sharing opportunities, and health benefits are not available to the internal team. All employees are to be treated as independent contractors and are underpaid. I doubt that the Senior leadership have the ability to scale this business, given their inability to properly delegate to their expert team.
